1. Genealogy Availability: Access to genealogical records is contingent upon the availability of documented genealogy for your ancestors. Please note that scheduling a meeting with a genealogy writer does not guarantee access to your genealogy records.

Third-Party Research Prohibition: You are not permitted to conduct genealogical research on behalf of a third party. If it is discovered that you are engaging in such activity, your Kulvriksh account will be deactivated, and your research will be immediately terminated. In these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

Verification of Identity: If necessary, Kulvriksh reserves the right to request government-issued identification proof and address proof from the individual conducting the research. Submission of these documents is mandatory, and failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

Accuracy of Information:

The accuracy of the information provided depends on the details you supply. If any incorrect or incomplete information about your clan, caste, lineage, or other relevant details is provided, Kulvriksh will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the research results.

2. Genealogy Writer’s Certificate: Certain genealogical records may require certification from a recognized genealogy writer. If applicable, you must secure this certificate to access specific records.

3. Payments and Refunds: All payments made towards Kulvriksh Genealogist Research services are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for initial research services and any further services rendered.

4. Additional Fees: In the event that genealogy information pertaining to your lineage is discovered, an additional fee will be required to access the services of the genealogy writer. The fee is determined by the respective genealogist and is payable by the client. For example, the fee could range from 101 INR to 251 INR per year of records. For 300 years (approximately 10 generations), at 101 INR per year, the cost would be 300 × 101 = 30,300 INR.

5. Kulvriksh Premium Account: Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Kulvriksh Premium Account Plan. This plan provides the following services:

Digital documentation of your genealogy.
Creation of a photo biography of your family history.
Access to Kulvriksh Matches for potential lineage connections.

6. Genealogy Search Duration: The search process for locating an Ancestor Genealogy Author typically spans between 30 to 251 working days. This process is conducted entirely online, and delays may occur depending on record availability.

8. Research Updates: The Kulvriksh Research Team will periodically provide updates on the progress of your genealogical research. Updates will be communicated via email and phone.

9. Data Privacy and Compliance: Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws governing data privacy in India. Your information will be used solely for genealogical research purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

10. Agreement to Terms: By utilizing the Kulvriksh Genealogist Research services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Kulvriksh reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms before proceeding with any genealogical services.

Terms and Conditions for Kulvriksh Gotra Kuldevi Research with KV Vanshavali Account

1. Service Overview:

Kulvriksh Research provides specialized research services to help individuals identify their correct gotra, kuldevi, kuldevta, and other related ancestral details based on their clan and village. This service also includes the creation of a digital account for documenting your genealogy and family tree.

The research findings and relevant details will be delivered to you within 7 to 31 working days. However, in certain cases, the delivery time may be extended depending on the complexity of the research.

4. Digital Account and Family Tree:

As part of the service, you will be provided with a digital account to document your genealogy and create a family tree. This digital account will serve as a repository for the information gathered through the research.

5. Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be provided once the research process has begun. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Scope of Service:

The service is limited to researching and identifying your gotra, kuldevi, kuldevta, and related ancestral details. It does not include locating genealogists or conducting in-depth genealogy research on your ancestors beyond the scope mentioned.

7. Basis of Information:

The information provided regarding your gotra, kuldevi, kuldevta, and other ancestral details is based on scriptures, traditional records, and other historical sources. Kulvriksh Research is not responsible for any disputes arising from the interpretation of these sources.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By using Kulvriksh Research services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Surapura Dada & Sati Mata Research – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Research:

The research for Surapura Dada or Sati Mata is possible only when there is documented evidence within your family lineage or ancestral records indicating that a forefather was a Surapura Dada or a woman in the lineage was a Sati Mata. Such mentions may be found in family documents, inscriptions, or genealogical archives.

2. Verification Through Traditions and Beliefs:

In some cases, information may be based on folk traditions, oral histories, or local beliefs. In such instances, all details are verified through social, historical, and geographical sources, and only authentic and validated information is included in the research findings.

3. In Case of Differing Beliefs:

If a family or community, over time, has come to regard a person from another caste or group as Surapura Dada or a woman as Sati Mata, a detailed review and verification will be conducted before providing the final report and clarification.

4. Verification of Memorials (Paliya or Pillars):

The research also includes identifying and verifying the location of Paliya (stone memorials) or Sati pillars related to Surapura Dada or Sati Mata.
However, this verification is only possible if the memorial has not been destroyed, damaged, or lost due to geographical or environmental changes.

5. Scope of Report:

The final research report will only include information that is verified, documented, or based on established lineage traditions.
Any detail derived solely from oral or traditional sources will be clearly marked as “Based on Folk Tradition.”

6. Research Duration:

The Surapura Dada & Sati Mata Research generally requires around 90 working days to complete.
In special cases, the research period may extend further, in which case you will be notified in advance.
